About Us:

Join Flexcraft as a Process Engineer and play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes. You’ll ensure the efficiency, quality, and safety of production lines while driving continuous improvement and innovation in blow molding and injection molding operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and enhance productivity through blow molding and injection molding process optimization.
  • Production Support: Lead and assist technicians in machine setup, production startup, and process monitoring.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Production teams on new product development and process validation.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve process deviations, equipment failures, and quality issues; implement corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute improvements to processes, equipment, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Training & Development: Mentor junior engineers and production staff, ensuring adherence to established processes.
  • Communication: Align teams on objectives, timelines, and production updates; lead pre-shift meetings on status and maintenance.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in blow molding and/or injection molding process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and repair.
  • Expertise in GMP , ISO 9001:2015 , lean manufacturing , 5S, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of polymer materials, tooling design, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficiency in IQMS or similar MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: HS Diploma or GED (college coursework or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thermometers, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and SOPs.


Soft Skills:

  • Critical thinker with a proactive, flexible mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and initiative; willing to tackle urgent issues outside of scope.
  • Collaborative and positive team player, committed to ongoing professional development.


Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 50lbs; stand for long periods; perform repetitive motions.
  • Bend, reach, and kneel; work at elevated heights on machines or ladders.
