The Program
We are strong believers in developing talent from within. Everyone, from the President of the company down, started their careers in the recruiting chair, learning the craft and delivering exceptional candidates to our clients. Recruiters will have the choice during their first year to determine their preferred career path at Ranger... stay in recruitment long-term and look to advance in our Recruiting organization or apply to join our Sales Preparation Program (SPP), with the goal of moving into a Sales Account Management role. Both Technical Recruiters and Sales Account Managers are mentored directly by Sr. Leadership with decades of experience and success in the industry. Future advancement opportunities into Sr. Leadership presents itself for the best and brightest in both the recruiting and sales ranks!
The Technical Recruiter Role
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, submission, and placement of qualified candidates for our client's job openings.
- Ongoing relationship management with a book of technical contractors/consultants that are on assignment through Ranger as well as prospective placements.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and co-workers.
- Partake in regular team-building activities such as philanthropic events, happy hours, and team/company gatherings.
The Sales Account Manager Role
- Responsible for new business development activities.
- Ongoing relationship management with active accounts.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and co-workers.
- Partake in regular team-building activities such as philanthropic events, happy hours, and team/company gatherings.
