Our client, a well-established and highly respected regional law firm, is looking to add a Labor & Employment Attorney to their team in Syracuse, New York . The firm is also open to interview qualified candidates in Buffalo, Rochester or Albany, New York.
Candidates must have the following experience/credentials:
- Minimum of three years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Experience in higher education a plus, but not required.
- Strong academic credentials, including Juris Doctor degree.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients to develop and execute service strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be admitted to practice law in New York State.
The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $145,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience, skill level and portable book of business.
