Amotec is engaged in a search for a Reliability Supervisor ! Our client is a publicly traded company with a global presence and annual revenues of $6 billion, and has been in business for over 50 years. The Reliability Supervisor , reporting to the Maintenance Engineering Manager, will lead initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, optimize maintenance practices, and reduce downtime. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and maintenance activities, utilizing data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports on reliability and maintenance activities for management, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and communicating any issues or opportunities for enhancement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Strong background in manufacturing maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with reliability-centered maintenance.
