What your future day will look like:

• Lead the quality team conducting product inspections/testing ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Train quality control associates on proper production quality standards
• Work to maintain a high level customer service by investigating/resolving product quality issues
• Analyze/document data and product specifications to determine/maintain quality standards
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis investigations to resolve and prevent quality issues
• Provide support for company and customer audits.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of manufacturing quality control experience
• Prior manufacturing quality leadership experience
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean practices and conducting Root Cause Analysis investigations
• Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
