We are seeking a visionary and strategic Managing Director to lead our manufacturing operations in New York. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and navigate complex challenges.
  • Experience with digital transformation and leveraging technology to optimize operations is a plus.
