We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager with 5 years of expertise to oversee and manage multiple client accounts, create engaging video content, and elevate brand presence across key social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.


Position Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing social media strategies and day-to-day operations for multiple clients. You will create compelling video content tailored to the unique demands of each platform, including Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate is a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high levels of engagement and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Account & Client Management:

  • Oversee and manage social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and high-quality content that aligns with each client’s voice, goals, and branding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering regular updates, performance reports, and strategy recommendations.
  • Develop customized social media strategies for each client, tailored to their specific needs and target audience.

Content Creation & Video Production:

  • Create engaging video content for various social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Edit and optimize video content, ensuring it is visually appealing, on-brand, and tailored to each platform's unique requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and platform features, incorporating them into content to increase engagement and reach.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement social media campaigns that support client marketing objectives, such as brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key social media metrics using tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and platform-native insights to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Provide detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics such as engagement, impressions, reach, and conversions.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance over time.

Community Engagement & Social Listening:

  • Actively engage with client communities on social platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to clients.

Multitasking & Client Prioritization:

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring that each account receives attention to detail and timely content creation.
  • Stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, balancing the demands of various clients.


Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work managing multiple client accounts.
  • Proven experience creating video content specifically for platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok’s video editing tools.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools, especially SEMrush, to track and optimize performance.
  • Strong communication, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage client expectations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaign management.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and influencer partnerships.
  • Knowledge of additional social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
