Biotalent is currently partnered with a leading global biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative therapies for rare and debilitating diseases is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Market Access Strategy . This role is pivotal in driving the success of our innovative therapies by developing and executing strategic market access plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive market access strategies, including pricing, reimbursement, and patient support programs.
• Lead the development and execution of reimbursement strategies, including payer negotiations, policy submissions, and appeals processes.
• Oversee the development and implementation of patient support programs to facilitate patient access to our therapies.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends, payer dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, commercial, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and execution of market access strategies.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective utilization.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in health economics, pharmacy, business administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience in market access, reimbursement, and patient support programs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare economics, health policy, and payer dynamics.
• Experience in Medical Benefit Reimbursement/Infusion Billing & Coding.
• Experience with Ultra-Cold Chain products below 110 degrees C.
• Experience in Site of Care Strategy formulation
• Experience in Launch Strategy formulation
• Experience in Market Access Marketing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
