Salary is up to $125,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to Florida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage divisional managers and supervisors.
  • Collaborate on projects related to capacity growth and capital investments.
  • Oversee inventory reconciliation and data entry of batch information.
  • Manage P&L and implement corrective actions.
  • Enforce safety policies and maintain department equipment.
  • Understand and manage product and process lines, chemistry, and recipes.
  • Create and enforce Quality System Documentation.
  • Participate in product development and process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor production KPIs and apply Lean Six Sigma techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality System Documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a chemical or engineering-related field.
  • At least 3 years of related experience or training in chemical operation management.
  • Skills needed: Strong analytical, mathematical, and reasoning abilities. Excellent communication skills and computer competency.
