We are looking for an Appellate Attorney with strong writing skills and the drive to seek to correct errors of trial court judges and change the law by persuading appellate court's decisions or change the interpretation of statutory law.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients by:
• Reviewing lower court findings and hearing transcripts
• Conducting research regarding alternative arguments and new or additional cases not previously cited
• Preparing briefs and applications for appeal
• Delivering effective oral arguments
