Commercial Project Manager – Northern Virginia

Are you an experienced Commercial Project Manager with a solid construction background? Join our team to lead and manage ground-up commercial construction projects, including industrial facilities, office spaces, and tilt-wall buildings, in Northern Virginia.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from pre-construction to completion. This opportunity is exclusively for professionals with a construction background. Candidates from IT, sales, or Scrum Master roles will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure project success.
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
• Resolve project issues promptly to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, scheduling, and cost management.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Northern Virginia’s construction regulations and market.
