Our client, a luxury brand, is looking to add a CRM Operations Manage to their team on a freelance basis, ASAP!
This role is hybrid in NYC for 3 months with the potential to extend
Responsibilities
- Support daily maintenance and operations within the CRM, ensuring smooth user access and views.
- Assist in configuring fields, dashboards, and basic workflows
- Manage routine data entry, system notes, and CAB submissions
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Service Lead.
- Contribute to documenting CRM processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with standards.
- Provide administrative support for tracking project tasks, timelines, and PRF submissions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for requests with vendors, ensuring closure and compliance
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in CRM/CDP, primarily focused on Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, CDP, and Force.com).
- Solid understanding of CRM, CDP, data analytics, data processing (including Master Data Management and Data Quality Management), and consumer database principles.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with consumer databases and CRM development and configuration.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources and perform comprehensive analysis.
- Capable of navigating and influencing cross-functional teams, with a strong team-player mentality.
