The Production Supervisor is a first-line Supervisor who serves as a highly driven individual that will be responsible for safety, product quality, exercising cost control, producing parts and assemblies to schedule, motivating shop employees to attain quantity and quality standards and administering company and division policies at their Infrastructure and Irrigation manufacturing facilities. This position supervises up to 40 hourly production employees (depending on location and assigned shift) and maintains the log of shift operations.

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate historical success in supervising and managing large teams in a fast-paced (ideally industrial or production) environment. You should have a keen eye for process improvement and be familiar with LEAN concepts. Familiarity with welding/pipe-bending, CNC operations and fabrication is a huge plus, but not required
