Sr. Facility Maintenance Technician

Contract duration: 24+ months (high possibility of multiple extensions and/or Perm hire)

Hourly: W2

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Shift: 2nd shift (2:30 PM -11:00pm) OR 3rd shift 11:00PM -7:00AM)

Days: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday

Technician shall operate, replace, repair and maintain building related mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building mechanical systems. Qualifications:

• Experience performing Preventive maintenance and supporting a large enterprise facility (big plus if it's a Datacenter).
• Experience in HVAC and/or mechanical, electrical/electronic systems, Plumbing (MEP)
• familiarity with general building systems such as vertical lift equipment and overhead doors
• strong knowledge of safe work practices and procedures typical for maintenance operations
• ability to safely climb ladders, lift heavy objects and perform other physically demanding tasks

Technician shall provide Services which include, but are not limited to:

• drain and “safe off” systems to facilitate repairs
• perform minor electrical tasks including bulb and ballast replacement
• operate and inspect emergency generator and associated components
• requisition necessary material to complete required repairs
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance duties including filter changes, lubrication, and checking controls and performance.
• inspect mechanical and electrical systems, trace electrical circuits, operate switchgear, record inspections, and write reports to supervisors/management
• Receive and respond to service calls and provide reports to representative on a daily and weekly basis
