JOB DESCRIPTION
A customer service-oriented person with the ability to work in a growing, fast-paced office in the wealth management/financial services industry.
Job Duties
- Support the Chief Investment Officer
- Assist Financial Advisors in relationship management, client follow-up, administration and coordination
- Communicate effectively with clients, brokerage firms, and management via telephone and email
- Create reports utilizing a variety of computer software programs
- Process client inquiries, prepare documentation for new client analysis and client file review
- Deposit and transfer funds with brokerage accounts as directed
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer relations and wealth management
Securities License and/or Health Life License preferred but not required
Solid background with computer software (such as Morningstar, Portfolio analyzer), spreadsheets and documents (Microsoft Office), and databases (such as Sales Force)
Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes
A solid understanding of investment procedures
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Works well in a team environment and with upper management
High level of critical thinking and logical analysis
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to train staff for future growth and customer success
