Overview:
Urgently seeking a Salesforce SOX and SOD Analyst, preferably with a background as a Salesforce Administrator. The professionals suitable for this role will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Salesforce systems adhere to SOX and SOD Compliance Standards. The ability to communicate cross-functionally, monitor internal controls, and maintain thorough data documentation in relation to SOX and SOD is pivotal for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- SOD User Role definition, and documenting changes related to SOD with business partners
- Coordinate SOD implementations with all relevant departments and parties
- After SOD implementation, conduct review of Salesforce configurations to ensure SOX and SOD compliance
- Identify SOD conflicts and resolve them in a timely manner
- Work with SOX auditors and provide support, based on documentation
- Establish reporting mechanism, and generate regular reports on SOX and SOD compliance status within Salesforce ecosystem
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent field experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification, and proven track record as a Salesforce Administrator
- Comprehensive understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Segregation of Duties
- Understanding of Salesforce/SOX auditing processes
