SNI Companies has partnered with an insurance company in Uptown Dallas area as they are searching for a Commercial Lines Account Assistant. In this role we are looking for a commercial lines account assistant with a minimum of 4 years commercial experience. In addition, must hold a valid Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with commercial accounts ranging from a premium volume of $1,000 to $4,000,000, assisting the account manager with various support tasks.
- Pull and process renewals and endorsements from various carriers.
- Compare policies and endorsements against what was requested from the carrier and notify the account manager of any differences.
- Update the system to ensure the information in our system is correct and invoice agency bill items.
- Assist the account managers with applications and proposals as needed.
- Issue certificates of insurance for renewals and as requested by the insured.
- Follow up on requests to the carrier for outstanding items.
- Back up the account manager if they are out with requests from the insureds.
