Contract Benefits Administrator – Greenwich, CT


This is a temporary hybrid role with 3+days/ per week in office starting January 2025 and continuing for 6+ months.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide full range of benefit administration for 400 US based employees, including new hire benefit orientations and serving as the point person for employee questions
  • Prepare benefit reports, including managing health and welfare benefit transactions to ensure accurate maintenance within the HRIS system.
  • Liaise with payroll as needed for benefits related transactions.
  • Support wellness programs, including gym subsidy program audits and creating wellness newsletters.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews, including phone and in-person sessions, and administering pre-employment tests as needed.
  • Act as a backup for team members and contribute to ad hoc projects as required.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, with advanced skills in Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
