Contract Benefits Administrator – Greenwich, CT
This is a temporary hybrid role with 3+days/ per week in office starting January 2025 and continuing for 6+ months.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of benefit administration for 400 US based employees, including new hire benefit orientations and serving as the point person for employee questions
- Prepare benefit reports, including managing health and welfare benefit transactions to ensure accurate maintenance within the HRIS system.
- Liaise with payroll as needed for benefits related transactions.
- Support wellness programs, including gym subsidy program audits and creating wellness newsletters.
- Assist Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews, including phone and in-person sessions, and administering pre-employment tests as needed.
- Act as a backup for team members and contribute to ad hoc projects as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with benefits administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent computer proficiency, with advanced skills in Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
