CoWorx Staffing Services seeks a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for a manufacturer in Charlestown, NH. This is a Direct Hire, Full Time position. Come join a growing, innovative company today!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assures adherence to daily production schedules and dispatch list priorities
• Monitors throughput daily, identifying root causes for not attaining throughput goals, develop and execute corrective actions.
• Assign resources as needed to achieve production goals.
• Responsible for understanding and providing input to capacity planning as customers’ production demands fluctuates.
• Ensure that employees are following established operating procedures when processing product, and that equipment is operating within expected controls.
• Participate in root cause identification, along with corrective actions for quality issues identified within assigned areas.
• Ensure employees have appropriate training for assigned job responsibilities. Maintains training matrix for assigned areas. Responsible for cross training within assigned area.
• Performs annual performance reviews, assure adequate staffing, and provide appropriate resources/training to support expected job performance.
• Has the responsibility and authority for directing work.
• Has the responsibility and authority to manage employee performance.

Education and Experience

• Two (2) years of manufacturing experience is required
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience is required
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

Other Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Requires ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge and application of ISO standards.
• Must have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
