Rate/Salary: Up to $150k DOE

Clutch is looking for an experienced Creative Director for an agency client of ours.
Overview
As a Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's agency’s creative vision and driving the success of their clients' brands. You will lead and inspire a talented team of designers, art directors, and copywriters, fostering a collaborative environment that produces innovative and impactful creative work.
Key Responsibilities
• Creative Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, setting high standards for creative excellence.
o Foster a culture of creativity and innovation, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking.
o Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
• Client Partnerships:
o Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
o Effectively communicate creative concepts, ensuring client buy-in and satisfaction.
o Present creative work with confidence and clarity.
• Concept Development:
o Generate innovative and compelling creative concepts that resonate with target audiences.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns.
o Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Design and Art Direction:
o Contribute to the creative process, providing art direction and design guidance.
o Ensure the visual identity and aesthetic of the agency's work.
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Business Development:
o Participate in new business pitches and proposals, showcasing the agency's capabilities.
o Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar senior creative role at an ad/marketing agency.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative work.
• Understanding of brand strategy and positioning.
• Experience working with a variety of clients, including alcohol beverage and lifestyle brands.
• Knowledge of media campaigns, social media, and experiential marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
