Job Title: Toxic Tort Attorney – Remote

Our client, a reputable AMLAW 100 law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Toxic Tort Attorney to join the team remotely, across California. We are open to applications from associates and of counsels who have a passion for delivering excellent legal services and positively impacting society.

Job Purpose:

As a Toxic Tort Attorney, you will handle cases relating to injuries caused by harmful substances, such as asbestos, pollution, chemicals, and other toxic materials. You will represent both individuals and corporate clients, providing legal guidance and support in defense of these cases.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting and defending depositions, arguing motions, and attending court procedures.
• Work with clients and experts to develop effective strategies for defending toxic tort cases.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent legal representation to clients.

Qualifications:

• A J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with the Bar Association in California.
• 2+ years’ experience in toxic tort litigation, including depositions, dispositive motions, and trial experience.
