The role will report to the executive leadership team and be an active participant in broader strategic decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize the recruiting process for candidate experience as well as for operations support
- Develop and mentor team members
- Partner with operations on key initiatives and help to drive Key Performance Indicators
- Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Build and foster external relationships with universities, local organizations, and alumni groups
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
- Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes
- Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for project
- Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the executive leadership team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus
- Experience as a Recruiting Director or Director of Talent Acquisition required
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
