The role will report to the executive leadership team and be an active participant in broader strategic decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize the recruiting process for candidate experience as well as for operations support
• Develop and mentor team members
• Partner with operations on key initiatives and help to drive Key Performance Indicators
• Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Build and foster external relationships with universities, local organizations, and alumni groups
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
• Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes
• Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for project
• Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the executive leadership team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus
• Experience as a Recruiting Director or Director of Talent Acquisition required
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
