Job Title: User Knowledge Operations Specialist

Contract: 12+ Months (Extendable)
Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2
Overview:
We are seeking a User Knowledge Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll help maintain high standards of quality while investigating complex cases, enhancing internal policies, and educating users on maintaining security and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage escalations and investigate potential brand risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve policies, tools, and automation.
- Document investigations and maintain confidentiality.
- Work with external vendors to enhance risk detection.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience in investigating accounts, background checks, identity verification, trust and safety, and proactive screenings.
- Knowledge of operations, Google Sheets, and customer ticketing systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and Mac OS skills.
