The ideal candidate should have a solid background in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, particularly using tools like NetSuite and Oracle PBCS. This company has over 160 brands and offers exposure to M&A.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and management of the annual operating plan, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Conduct variance analysis to spot trends, risks, and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect relevant data and insights for financial analysis.
  • Provide financial analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in due diligence efforts for acquisitions.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance-related roles.
  • An MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with financial ERPs or systems (experience with NetSuite or Oracle PBCS is a plus).

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is eager to contribute to a growing company and take on significant responsibility early in their career.
