What You’ll Do:
· Manage & Supervise: Oversee all aspects of marina construction, including daily operations, scheduling, and resource management.
· Coordinate: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
· Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with all regulations and project specifications.
· Solve Problems: Address any issues that arise promptly and effectively to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience: Extensive experience in construction management, preferably with a strong background in marina or waterfront projects.
· Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
· Knowledge: Deep understanding of marina construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
· Qualifications: Relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, along with applicable certifications.
