Role Description

This is a full-time remote role. You will be responsible for prosecuting consumer and employment class and mass actions and arbitrations. Someone with at least several years of experience in complex civil litigation at an excellent firm is the most likely good match. We value a strong will to win and a history of winning (that's what our clients pay us to do). Unusually talented mid-level associates are also welcome to apply.

Pay

We believe in compensating for both effort and results. So we generally pay per billable hour, with a bonus up to an agreed percentage of collections on your time, generally 1/3. That way, if you want to take a few days off, and your caseload is under control, it's fine. And if you get stuck working really hard one month, you know you're being paid for the effort. And if you do extraordinary work and get an extraordinary result that generates an extraordinary fee, you participate in that fee.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California.
• A history of winning.
• At least general familiarity with California laws protecting consumers and employees.
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in complex and class action litigation is preferred
