As a Regional HR Manager at Southern Healthcare, you will be a part of a Corporate HR team that manages the HR function across several nursing homes and rehabilitation centers throughout NC, and GA. You will specialize in HR legal compliance, policy interpretation, staff engagement, employee retention, employee relations, dispute resolution, performance management, and more. You will provide education and guidance to leadership and field HR staff, ensuring a positive and engaged culture. You will be a part of managing situations to create positive outcomes!
This position requires travel up to 80% of the time, making site visits daily to the centers. The ideal candidate will reside in Raleigh-Durham area, due to proximity of the centers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
- Five (5+) years of progressive HR experience required.
- Experience managing the HR function across multiple site locations required.
- Prior HR experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
- Must be PC proficient with ability to effectively navigate Microsoft Windows and Programs, HR Systems, and other applications as needed.
- Prior experience with UltiPro, Indeed and Kronos a plus.
- Professional Certification in HR a plus.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license in good standing required.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%, with overnights as needed.
