Boutique law firm in Los Angeles seeks an Employment Law Attorney to join their team. The ideal Employment Attorney possesses 1-3 years of experience along with demonstrated writing skills, proven negotiations experience, and is licensed to practice in the state of California.

Employment Law Attorney Job Duties :

- Draft, redline, and proofread various agreements including motions, notices, memos, briefs

- Assist with the negotiation strategy and arguments to support the lead attorney

- Conduct legal research and analyze relevant case law, statutes, and precedents

- Summarize cases and prepare documents to support evidence

- Review settlement terms and identify areas of concern

Employment Law Attorney Job Requirements :

- Must be licensed in the state of California

- Possess 1-3 years of experience in Employment law
