CBIZ Talent Solutions Division is assisting a construction management firm in the Mineola area on a Proposal Manager to write and deliver client facing proposals and presentations.

Required skills include:

• At least 5 years experience leading the end-to-end development of client-centric proposals, preferably in construction management or related industry
• Creating proposals with graphics and visuals with market research to write and create proposals that are compliant with RFP requirements
• Bachelors degree Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal management software (InDesign, etc.)
