Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…


The ideal Executive Assistant and Facility Manager is dynamic and experienced and will be the backbone of our bustling office environment. The Executive Assistant and Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our office space and facilities, creating a productive and comfortable work environment for our employees.


What you will do…

  • Managing Executive Schedules: You’ll handle meetings, travel arrangements, and conferences for our leaders.
  • Office Coordination: Keeping things efficient and compliant with company policies.
  • Confidentiality Champion: Safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Supply Management: Keeping office supplies stocked and ordering when needed.
  • Facility Management: Managing the upkeep of office facilities and coordinating with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance. Ensure that any issues with office equipment or infrastructure are promptly addressed.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency, including negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
  • Health and Safety: Implementing and maintaining health and safety policies and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Event Maestro: Assisting in team-building activities to client meetings.


What we expect of you…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot common technical issues and coordinate with IT support.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving wizardry (anticipating and resolving issues).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
