What You’ll Do:
As part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a vital role in managing repairable assets and ensuring seamless operations for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily Operations: Process, track, and manage repairable industrial control devices through physical handling and system transactions.
- Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate the flow of parts in and out of the facility, ensuring timely delivery and storage.
- Customer Support: Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, communicating clearly to understand needs and provide solutions.
- Data Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), cost savings, and reliability data for failed and repaired assets.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on systems and processes that enhance efficiency and reliability.
Note: This position does not involve repairing or diagnosing devices.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Data Entry experience
- Strong computer skills: including familiarity with Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus (training provided).
- Fast learner with a self-starter attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage data and transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams, including engineers, executives, technicians, store room managers, and logistics personnel.
