Summary:
This role partners with business stakeholders from the corporate departments to develop a deep understanding of their needs and design, implement and support technology solutions that deliver on their business needs. While primarily focused on the Workday ecosystem, responsibilities also extend to other systems and integrations required to support corporate departments.
Job Duties:
- Work closely with the business areas to understand areas of focus on process improvements.
- Lead and influence design, development and testing of process improvements.
- Lead and influence design, development and testing of reporting requirements.
- Develop and administer Workday integrations.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
- Ability to evaluate application software and how to best utilize such applications in our Workday Ecosystem.
- Ability to design work flow processes.
- Must be able to read and comprehend technical computer science material.
- Knowledge of how wireless networks, VPN, LAN and WAN environments function.
- Proficiencies in Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- 4 year degree in Computer Science or related experience.
- 1-2 years of Workday experience in creation/maintenance of business processes, integrations, security, and report development.
- Understanding of business processes in Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain and Energy Management.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus, but is not required
- Up to 10% travel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
