The HRIS Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related processes, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and efficient workflows. This role is critical in enhancing the employee experience and enabling HR and business strategies through technology.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and performance.
- Maintain accurate employee records, troubleshoot discrepancies, and generate regular and ad hoc reports for leadership.
- Identify opportunities for improving system efficiency, streamline processes, and implement new HRIS functionalities.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees, ensuring users are well-equipped to utilize the system effectively.
- Ensure system compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including GDPR, FLSA, and EEO requirements.
- Lead or support HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, module implementations, or integrations with other software.
- Partner with IT, payroll, and other departments to address system issues and align HRIS capabilities with organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 experience in HRIS administration or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with (specific HRIS systems, e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Oracle).
- Proficiency in HRIS software, data analysis tools, and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
