Job Title: Temporary Data Entry Specialist (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract (6-week engagement with potential extension to 6 months)
About the Job: This role involves data entry into a Microsoft SharePoint-based system and may extend to a longer-term contract with additional administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Process invoices and prepare expense reports
- Perform data entry tasks
- Draft announcements and communications
- Provide backup support for counterparts
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple, competing projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Oracle iExpense
- Knowledge of MarkView
