About the Company : A well respected, growing plaintiff's personal injury firm is adding Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorneys to their team.

About the Role: The role entails handling cases from intake through claims, liability and settlement (ie all the way up until litigation, should the case go to litigation).

Responsibilities :

• Handle cases from intake through claims, liability, and settlement
• Communicate and negotiate effectively

Logistics : Role is 99% REMOTE with occasional in-person client meetings in the Providence office (not more than 2x/month). Work is 50 hours/week (hours are flexible).

Qualifications: An active license to practice law in Rhode Island OR a UBE score of 270+ in the last two years.

Required Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay range and compensation package : First year compensation is $85,000. Earning potential of $150,000-200,000 after 12-18 months. Position includes excellent training and benefits.
