Who You Are:
You are energetic, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You're looking for project management experience in the retail construction and corporate facilities field and have administrative and operational experience. You have strong written and oral communication skills and can work with cross functional teams.
This role is responsible for providing administrative support for our Construction and Facilities teams which oversee construction for all three of our luxury brands (Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace) and our corporate facilities for Capri Holdings, our parent company.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist construction managers with management of construction schedules
- Work with vendors to arrange barricades and graphics for store construction projects
- Manage utilities for new stores openings
- Track and maintain project costs-to-date, including following up on invoice processing
- Manage all department tracking reports
- Maintain excellent relationships with contractors, consultants, designers and internal customers
- Ensure all owner furnished materials (e.g. lighting, flooring, millwork) are ordered and delivered according to the construction schedule
- Ensure all financial closeout documents are complete, correct and timely
- Overall assistance with helping the Store Design and Construction department run smoothly
- Assist in preparation of presentations and department events
- Assist communication and tracking of roll outs
- Assist Facilities Manager with corporate moves and facilities upgrades
You’ll Need to Have:
- Experience working in an environment involving multiple construction projects
- Ability to read architectural construction documents
