Job Title: Training AdministratornnJob DescriptionnnAs a Training Administrator, you will coordinate and manage training sessions and workshops for employees. You will support the Talent Learning team by maintaining comprehensive training records and ensuring the smooth operation of training programs. Collaboration across various teams to support training initiatives, especially the new hire day one experience, will be a key aspect of this role. You will also work with vendors to provide necessary tools and resources for training.nnResponsibilitiesnnCoordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.nnMaintain comprehensive training records and track progress.nnProvide administrative support to the Talent Learning team.nnCollaborate with Talent Learning and cross-functional teams to support training initiatives.nnPartner with the New Hire Orientation Program Lead to coordinate new hire training.nnWork with vendors to provide necessary tools and resources for training.nnPerform efficiently and remain organized under pressure and deadlines.nnSet and prioritize workload to meet scheduled responsibilities.nnAdapt to changing requirements and schedules when necessary.nnMake recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.nnEssential SkillsnnMinimum 3 years administrative experience.nnProficiency in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.nnDetail oriented.nnData entry skills.nnAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.nnTime management skills.nnCustomer service skills.nnAbility to handle a fast-paced environment and multiple priorities.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnLMS experience.nnExperience with HRIS/Workday/ADP.nnWork EnvironmentnnThis role is 100% fully onsite with typical hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. You may sit for several hours at a time with prolonged exposure to computer screens. The office environment has moderate noise levels from computers, phones, and printers.
