Job Description:
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Renal Care Unit (RCU) within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
- Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and procedures specific to nephrology nursing.
- Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for a 12-hour duration.
- No weekend, holiday, or call requirements specified.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to patients with renal conditions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of patient status and treatment outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in renal care practices and interventions.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nephrology nursing.
- Other duties as assigned to support the RCU's operations and patient care.
