Professional Type: Physician
Specialty: Anesthesiology Cardiac
Contract Type: Long-Term, 13 weeks,
Shift: Day, 7:00AM - 5:00PM, 40 hour/week,
Rate: $375.00 - $425.00/hr
Requirements:
  • 2 year experience required.
  • Must Name Clear. Provide provider name and NPI number on all subs
  • Credentialing turnaround- 4 weeks if have an IA/IMLC license, maybe less.
  • Must be open to working in these environments: 13 ORs, 5 Endo suites, 2 ASC (10 miles away from main hospital)
  • Do about 700 trauma cases per year, all major trauma goes to the University down the road. Majority trauma is blunt force and agricultural accidents
  • Must be available to take occasional call (weekend and overnights).
