Plans and provides patient care according to physician orders and company policies, ensuring compliance with regulations. Administers medications, performs treatments, and evaluates patient responses to care. Collaborates with the nursing team and directs ancillary personnel. Requires a nursing degree, current RN license, and certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Previous clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care preferred.
