Job Title: Administrative AnalystnnJob DescriptionnnThis individual will work with a group of Engineering Managers, Engineers, and Technicians to support daily office operations and ensure organizational compliance.nnResponsibilitiesnnProvide daily administrative support to our U.S. Army customer.nnSupport U.S. Army Engineering and Technical personnel in coordinating travel (utilizing DTS), training (utilizing TEDs), and employee attendance and time tracking (utilizing ATAAPS).nnEvaluate a multitude of initiatives, including collecting inputs and reporting on organizational tasks.nnStay updated on administrative practices and clerical procedures, implementing new or revised procedures for correspondence, filing, mail procedures, preparation of travel orders/vouchers, and security.nnSupport organizational OPSEC training and compliance.nnProvide advice and counsel regarding visit requests, mission travel requirements, and travel arrangements.nnAssist with booking flights and travel, and track employee attendance and out-of-office status.nnEssential SkillsnnMinimum 3+ years of administrative experience (5 years preferred).nnBachelor's degree required.nnExperience supporting upper-level management.nnProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).nnAbility to pass Government Security Clearance.nnU.S. Citizenship required.nnExperience in finance, reporting, and data analysis.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnExperience with administrative support within a government organization.nnExperience working with Department of Defense systems (DTS, TEDs, ATAAPS).nnExperience with DD 1149 forms.nnProactive, detail-oriented, people-oriented, and well-organized.nnExcellent oral and written communication skills.nnComfortable communicating with upper management.nnWork EnvironmentnnThe work environment includes a hybrid schedule with an office setting when onsite. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with a 40-hour work week.
