Contract Weeks: 05 Weeks
Shift time - 02:45 PM to 11:15 PM

Job Duties: •

• Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition
• Changing dressings or inserting catheters.
• Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation.
• Assisting with tests or procedures. Requirements:
• Min 1 year of experience as LPN.
• BLS Certificate (preferred AHA).
• Active LPN License
• 2 Professional Reference (1 must be the supervisor and other could be supervisor or co-worker!)
