As a Weekend On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in advocating for patients, ensuring their needs are met while collaborating with their families and the hospice care team. This full-time position covers after-hours shifts from 5 PM on Friday to 8 AM on Monday, with comprehensive support from our 24/7 RN Triage Department and local hospice teams.

Qualifications:
- A dedication to serving patients and their families with high-quality care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active state RN license.
- Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting (hospice experience preferred).
- Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently; must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and support the weight of an average adult.
