In this role, the RN will be responsible for developing and periodically updating individualized, interdisciplinary plans of care, evaluating patient outcomes, and identifying available resources for patients. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: • 2-Year Associates degree required • Valid Stat of Maine RN license • BLS Certification required • CPI training must be current prior to start Experience: • At least 1 year previous experience in mental health nursing Required Other Skills Required: • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required • Excellent team player • Ability to manage stress appropriately and make decisions under pressure • Flexibility required to provide coverage 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
