As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex technical equipment at customer sites. This role provides an opportunity to work on an array of projects and with a variety of clients, thereby offering a rich and diverse experience. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a high level of commitment, flexibility, and technical expertise. Responsibilities: 1. Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites. 2. Utilize PLC, HMI, and Logix systems for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. 3. Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results to identify faults and defects. 4. Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment. 5. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to service calls and ensuring effective resolution of customer issues. 6. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop solutions and improve the quality of service. 7. Document all service actions by completing reports, logs, and records in a timely and accurate manner. 8. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 9. Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field and participate in continuous learning opportunities. Qualifications: 1. Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in the Water/Wastewater Treatment industry. 2. Proven experience with PLC, HMI, Logix, and other related systems. 3. Exceptional technical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and field repair skills. 4. Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. 5. Solid mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting capabilities. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. 7. Proficiency in using computers and related software. 8. Ability to create and maintain technical documentation. 9. Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in the field. 10. Exceptional diagnostic skills and preventive maintenance abilities. 11.
