Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatrist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care for individuals seeking recovery and wellness in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Provide medication management and monitor patients for side effects or changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and provide support for family counseling as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in psychiatry and addiction medicine.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in Florida.
  • Active DEA license
  • Experience in addiction medicine or co-occurring disorders is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage patients compassionately.
  • Dedication to upholding ethical standards and providing high-quality care.
