Job Details:
• Schedule: Seeking 7-10 shifts per month, starting March 2025
• Shift Times: 8 AM to 8 PM and 8 PM to 8 AM, with call
• Call Details: 12-hour backup call before day shifts and after night shifts; call back is infrequent
• Patient Load: Average of 8 patients per shift
• Scope: No routine obstetrical care or labor and delivery department, but occasional emergency visits
• Physician Type: Seeking FM-trained physicians with experience in both ED and hospitalist services
• Support: Hospital and emergency department only (no outpatient clinic)
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• EMR System: EPIC
