POSITION/FACILITY DETAILS
Overview of position: Clinic with ER call coverage or back-up for APP covering ED
Shifts/Hours: 8a-5p clinic. Needed M-F in the clinic.
On Call: On call 1 or 2 times per week and if they want to cover the weekend.
Volume: ER: 1900, Clinic: 15 patients per day
EMR: EPIC
Trauma level: IV

REQUIREMENTS
License: MN License
DEA/CSR Required: Yes
Board Certification: BE, FM
Life Supports: BLS, ACLS
Covid/Flu Vaccination: Flu: Exemptions may be filed. Covid: Not required
