Job Details - Start: 01/2025
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hr days
- Patient population: Adult
- Setting: Outpatient
- Average patients per day: 6 - 7
- Solo coverage
- EMR: EPIC
Job Requirements:- Board Certification or Eligibility: Palliative Care, Hospice, Neurology, Physiatry, even Internal Med or Critical care with experience in ALS
- NY License
- DEA
- BLS and ACLS
