• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• We treat 12-20 patients per day
• Follow-ups: 6 per week
• Treatment Plan: Eclipse
• Consults: 4 per week
• Certifications: BC, NY license, BLS, ACLS
• Estimated Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30-45 days
